RE:Overreaction and PanicWe don't know if it was an overreaction yet or not... There's still no news out of them. 
I think investors are wondering why George would make such a seemingly desperate move if the lawsuit is good, they're gonna sell $20-40m of units this year and a $squillion of cannabis. 

Something doesn't add up to me but we need to hear some news from them
