Hi Mr. XXXXXX,
My apologies for the delay on this response, I completely missed it last week (I was in Cathedral City at the time).
The comment is correct in that the Sunniva Production Campus (the entity which Barker Pacific Group is part owner of) is the owner of the building.
As per our previous disclosure, we have invested about $23M into this facility, for certain components of the building.

That fact has been known for a while. Barker's co owns the land and the building in Catherdral City. Whereas Sunniva owns the equipment (or whatever you might want to call it) inside the building (also known as the Greenhouse).
Barker is trying to evict Sunniva. Court rejected Sunniva's request to stay the eviction. Sunniva is now requesting arbitration and the result of that is set for hearing on MAY 28, 2020, MORE THAN 4 months away.
Meanwhile, Barker has also sued for money owed by Sunniva to Barker's co.
No update on that. So here we are - no third party/co can even attempt to buy the Glasshouse unless these things are resolved.
Also, in the meanwhile, Matrix Ventures sued Sunniva for $7+ million for the Okanagan Falls site. No updates on that so far.
When will the OK Falls site sell, if ever? And if it does, all the money from that sale will be gobbled up by Matrix Ventures and other promissory note holders, leaving Sunniva with nothing.
At last report, Sunniva had just over $300K in cash. How are they paying the lawyers to fight these multiple cases? How are they paying their employees? No one seems to ask these VERY CRITICAL questions. The folks still buying shares (thinking its cheap) are HIGH, as usual. If only they put down their tokes and ask or think about the things that really matter......
