IIPR Demand Caused Capital Raise

IIPR Demand Caused Capital RaiseIt appears as if the demand for the properties and the current business model is the reason for the capital raise.  

Properties are added and risk is spread.  The shareholder is diluted, however, the assets increase.  So yes you own less as a %, however, you own a part of a larger company.  Seems like minimal harm for the upside potential.

Why would the market view these as a negative?
