I think the idea that those greenhouses are easily sold will be quickly challenged when a lot of the current players in the market can't raise more cash to fund presumably years of losses. Some larger player might buy out a smaller player or its assets, but a glut of greenhouses is not quickly converted to banana plantages in Southern Ontario, or elsewhere.
So, if you bought at 8 cents you might have a change to move into one of your greenhouses soon...
