This one might be a real long shot, but I wonder if DigiGro are related to the debt owners somehow? The timing seems unreal to me. 

'Find a way to give us some shares and we'll extend the debt instead of suing you and seizing your assests'

It's unlikely, but those of you who carry a tinfoil hat around might wanna bring it out. 
Wouldn't even be close to the most corrupt deal I've seen on a public stock too.
