To all those who tendered their shares and were warned
To all those who tendered their shares and were warnedSad to see the news but figure most gave up when the outright non disclosure, lies and criminal activity was ignored by the Canadian securities. So I give the BCSC and the TSXV all the credit for the takeover.
Just so you who think your shares 3.1 of Titan is going to pay you, lol, good luck. Their shares are falling and already down to 15.5 cents and will continue to fall. Their acquistion of Core should have skyrocketed their shares but they are falling. Why? Well the massive dilution in their shares won't hold them even with Cores assets. Core tenderers will be trying to get some money out of their confetti shares and get out as quickly as possible, before the actual value of Titans shares drop to 9cents or less. (see information below)
Can believe that many either sold or tendered because we all know, criminal directors are okay in Canada, and the more they lie, the more their lies will be ignored by the securities.
