Dividends this year ladies and gentlemen cause of SPC and CGM going public last year.  Your welcome Partners of XTM will say they have 100% of the mining, XTM has shares of each of them valuations royalties on each of them and they may operated but they don`t completely own it.  If your paying attention to market news then this isn`t news cause last year one of the company mines was purchased, but had to retract that interest because of partnering with Transition.
