RE:RE:RE:RE:News = Fantastic $9M

RE:RE:RE:RE:News = Fantastic $9MStockrus and LowMoor..... guys, don't get me wrong, but the "Boy" in me says this is a buy. It is all about timing, so this seem like a good place to average down or build a new position. My only point, it is obvious to see why the price dropped all the way below $0.05 while they apparently negotiated this deal. Great GYA has cash to drill and that there is no dilution. Future value will be directly tied to speculation around production and how quickly they can produce gold and how quickly it can be sold. Does anyone know how much it will cost to achieve full production to effectively reach these terms and conditions? I will say it sure looked like a consolidation was coming (didn't you think so). I can only assume that since this investment isn't tied to stock, there is no reason to undertake a consolidation, since no more stock will be issued. But here is the caution, since this investment does not require the issuring of any stock since they are tied independently to production and not capital structure, the new investor is now protected from a potential future consoldiaton, so there is nothing preventing GYA from now consolidating, thus allowing GYA to reduce their capital structure, and then allowing them to raise money for the other required parts of the project, like extracting and producing gold (and still keeping the $9m) Sure is going to be interesting with lot of flips, pennies, and speculation. Who knows what is giong to happen until they play all their cards. GYA has churned through close to a million shares by noon, so I guess we can say there are people that are selling who don't believe, and there are those buying who believe this a deal to good to refuse.
