NDAs

NDAs

I don't know if this is a stupid question but just slightly confused about how these NDAs work? I am assuming all NDAs are different according to the terms and conditions. Unless it's just one party dictating the conditions of the NDA and it's up to the other party to agree or not.

Or is it simply if you sign an NDA, you can't discuss anything about the meeting details/parties involved/discussions?

or was it the Tier 1 companies that had requested not to be mentioned in any NRs?

Cause there were over 30 NDAs signed with companies from around the world and every single one of them said we don't want our names mentioned... so was it on AMY's terms? They could have easily picked 1 or 2 companies that were big enough names and okay with their names mentioned, as long as had done some recycling for their product?
