Exactly.  A point that everyone is glossing over.  Also, look at the payment that this consultant will receive.  Raise $7M, then pay them for work + millions in stock options.

This just confirms that their current leadership team has been following the wrong strategy (which so many of us have been saying), and now they are looking to pay someone millions to do their job...
