RE:RE:NDAs

RE:RE:NDAs

Appreciate the feedback! I understand the terms of NDAs can be altered depending on the needs. I was more so implying that the "can't name names of the company's" were AMYs terms.

I would understand if the two Tier 1 companies said "we do not want our names disclosed" and AMY would have to agree because this may potentially lead to a major deal and want to stay on good terms with them.

However, I don't see how every single NDA signed.. (the other company had requested not to disclose their name). Out of the other 30+ NDAs that we had signed, you should have at least a few somewhat big names that could have sparked some interest if the name was just mentioned in a news release. As in what type of companies are showing interest, instead of company "A" & "B"... why wouldn't we do a sample for their product? Just to name drop. Too late now but curious as to why they would do this or how this could benefit AMY "not to mention names" in the long run?

Unless I'm completely off.. then nevermind.
