Highper , all are valid points. I think the one to four is just simply a easy method to reduce the share count. All of the stock is in possession of the shareholders. That is the most important point. All of the royalty is in possession of the shareholders also. I would agree this is being done probably as a pre-curser to an announced buyout. It would be an awesome outcome for any explorer / project generator to wind up as a royalty company. With a massive stock holding in the likes of Newmont. We can only dream. I am not certain I understand your point about the saving of script?
