RE:RE:Lending for Lawyers to finish everything... lights are on! You're exactly right. They are lending money because A) They know that its going to get done, and can convert shares, And B) They're getting a good deal at 17% interest plus an upfront financing fee. I have no doubt that in the next 12-24 months, we will all be smiling :) Good luck all.
