Share Price Drops When Insiders Sell

If you take a look at the 6 month insider chart, you'll see all of those red dots on the chart and you will also see a corresponding plunge in share price. It looks like the CEO is sellilng shares again so just be careful you don't get caught staring at the same chart with a repeat of the two huge price drops you see in the last 6 months. In both of those drops the share price lost about 6-8 cents very quickly. We are now at a similar share price to where the previous drops started when the insider selling began to increase. I hope that isn't what is happening right now as the CEO has sold a lot at the end of January. I hope it isn't because of really poor earning coming up in March. I wonder if the CEO is trying to offload shares prior to the earnings being released. Could get ugly if so.
