if what you are saying is true...

the company has lost 60% of it's market capitalization (market value of 175M$) because those 5 sites were in protocol breach. Shouldn't there be legal repurcussions for this? Shareholders/owners were wiped out because of incompetence and negligence. Who will pay for this?
