Mr Doom and Gloom.  

4 houses have sold on my street in the last 6 months for reasonable prices and no where near 40 percent under what my place was apprasied at  

I actually put an offer in two places and both were beat with other offers.  Sounds like there are a few buyers   Maybe just not for your 85 lots  

85-120k must be a tiny lots.  All the new builder areas that are decent size 45x120 lots are selling for 190 ish.   Very small 50x88' deep at still selling for 130k   

Id love to know where you 85 worthless lots are   A friend of mine is a builder so at 85k minus 40 percent I'm sure I could move a few
