Primary Symbol: GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

West Madsen Joint Venture

West Madsen Joint VentureAs many of you may know, GBR has a joint venture on the West Madsen property with GLD.

https://goldonresources.com/index.php/news/268-goldon-signs-definitive-agreement-with-great-bear-on-west-madsen-property

I was unable to find anything on the GBR presentation concerning the joint venture, but have attached the news release from the GLD web site. I don't remember reading if this was previously discussed on the GBR BB or not.

Of interest, is that GBR currently holds a 2.5% NSR on the project. They are also to receive GLD shares and cash, if GLD meets certain milestones outlined in the attached link.
GLD could also buy back 1% of the NSR, leaving GBR a 1.5% NSR.

I am wondering if GBR would consider putting the West Madsen NSR in with the GBR 2% NSR?

Naturally, this would be subject to GLD having  exploration  success on the West Madsen joint venture.
