Hey Babe

You hit the nail on the head and get s thumbs up. I've been saying the same thing and was very happy they didn't raise it last quarter (which is their usual time of year for an increase).

As a noted back then, I thought not increasing it was a terrific sign of the strong and prudent management. I don't think a raise is being considered until Heartland is closer (at least I hope not).
