Respectfully, in response to your post ZENA has strategically positioned their NB and NS. These provinces have higher unemployment rates. Further, within these two provinces the locations Stellarton/New Glasgow and Atholville I believe have higher unemployment rates still. I would be very surprised if a large portion of the hires in both of these locations were not at least partially funded by government for a period of 6 months to a year.
New Glasgow area is also facing the imminent shutdown of probably their largest employer, a paper mill, which has been a decades long pivotal employer in that region. I believe ZENA has made a strategic decision to locate their operations in these jurisdictions. The government will be very support of these very important new regional employment opportunities.
ZENA is gonna a be better than OK.
