RE:The Nemaska Lithium investors group on Facebook
RE:The Nemaska Lithium investors group on FacebookAlcide, I'm trying to get a handle on what it is you're attempting to do here. Do you really believe that a law firm would handle a class action suit of this nature for $50,000 - $100,000 ? lol You're looking at millions... They might do it on a contingency basis if they feel strongly that your case has merit, but then they'll end up taking 25% to 50% of your settlement. Then you go on to say that legal action is akin to shooting yourself in the foot. So you don't want to hire a legal firm? So, exactly what is it you want to accomplish?
Oh, you did ask for donations to fund this! Ok, do you want pre-paid credit cards, iTunes gift cards, Amazon gift cards or will bitcoins suffice? And to what address in India do we send them... lol

You seem to greatly believe in a class action lawsuit against the Nemaska Lithium Enterprise. Tell me truthfully. Would you personally participate and contribute to such a lawsuit at an estimated cost of $ 50 000 to $ 100 000..? This is obviously a rhetorical question. I have no doubt what’s-so-ever that you would not. Simply because you would think that it would be futile and that it would simply be throwing more investment down a hole. You have a very profound belief that Nemaska Lithium is a goner!
You have a doomsday view about this company.
However you seem to believe, like our group, the Nemaska project could very well succeed under a restructuring and under a renewed Board of directors. This process has already started. A lawsuit against our own company would be like shooting oneself in the foot out of spite. Such an action at this crucial time would certainly contribute in sabotaging Nemaska Lithium.
Also if the Canadian government invested massively in a Nemaska Green Project, it would be politically justifiable given that the Liberal government of Canada approved $9.3 Billion for the Trans Mountain expansion Brown Project for Western Canada. We believe that spending $ 500 million in Quebec would be more justifiable.
