In the 2014 to 2016 time frame, It was very painful to watch them issue and issue,  bring in Zing Zang mining, load up on debt, because they chose to build BIG and and watch the share price go nowhere. 

Going way back, Mr. Bob Chapman used to tout that PVG was at least a $90 stock.

He could have been right if they stuck to a small operation for the first few years and avoided
the debt.

But he's gone and so is the $90 price target.
