The sentiment is bad because it's not just one thing... there's been a pattern of things going wrong.

I've been watching TMAC for a little while now and I've been tempted to take a position several times... but I now think a significantly dilutive financing is the most likely outcome of the strategic review process. I'll re-assess taking a position after I see what that brings.
