RE:Norwood

RE:NorwoodWow, thank you! The first step in a recovery is admitting when you hit rock bottom. However, you have to be careful not to repeat last mistakes. This business is no healthier than it ever is/was. It is a construction company with very low GM% which results in a very low ebitda, and/or NM%. The only way to win in this game is to have large volumes of business. Although their first contract is good, you have to ask whether the company will even make any money on it. They probably need many of those contracts before they will be out of the woods, and not run out of cash. You can't read too much about the RBC LOC that they received because they have a first in line GSA on the company which means that RBC probably recognized that they have many more times coverage of the assets the LTE owns.
