K. Assets 97. The primary assets of the Invictus Group include the Acreage Licences, the Acreage Pharms Property, the Phase 1 and Phase 2 Facilities, and the Phase 3 Facility (the construction of which is not complete). According to the appraisals that the Invictus Group has obtained, the Phase 1 and 2 Facilities and the Phase 3 Facility (the construction of which is not completed) have a significant "value-in-use". I have not attached copies of these appraisals, as they contain sensitive commercial information that could materially harm the restructuring of the Invictus Group if public. 98. Based upon my review of the books and records of the Invictus Group, I do verily believe that the assets of the Invictus Group are recorded as follows:
