Shareholder committee..???

Shareholder committee..???
Yes, it might be about an ideal time for consideration or an attempt at this?? The company seems to be setting up for some changes, and perhaps to start into a renewed stage/phase. If we were to collect up a list and some discussion of any concerns and comments that people/shareholders would like to make, now is a time when the comments may be more likely to be considered.

Any person or group is free to communicate with the company, however, informed people with a high interest level tend to visit shareholder discussion groups such as this, so this becomes a reasonable place for a communication to the company to originate.

I might be a little shy of putting my name online, although no serious reasons why not, but I would have no problem communicating with the company in my own name. If it's not just myself involved, then it becomes a real committee which gives the comments made some additional weight. So I would appreciate at least one or more volunteers interested in acting as representatives of this or another online shareholder community.

I am interested in hearing any comments and concerns from anybody that could reasonably be forwarded to the company:

procedures methods
ceo search comments
incentive option policy revisions
grade reconciliation procedures and disclosures
information security issues
direction/philosophy, general policies, whatever else.

As for myself, I would like to arrive at suggestions regarding:

1) The structure and mechanisms used in the incentive options plans.

2) I have concerns about utilizing Snowden to complete the new grade reconcilliation since they don't include some of the relevant details of their procedures, the model curves, and the scatter of data points that would help one assess the validity of the model curves. If these inclusions are not possible, perhaps a second firm could be hired to also do the same work in a report format that better conveys these useable details to shareholders.

3) Information security before reports remains in question. I would like to see the company return to reporting the ounces produced during a quarter as soon as they are available, as one way to reduce the value of leaked information.

I see this as a one time communication effort/event. I'll check this site and my inbox for any comments. It may just be a committee of myself only, but I hope not, lets see if we can get some traction here.
one time report/letter/online meeting if need be to list comments to compny.
