More than 37m shares were shorted end of jan 31 2020, and the WSJ estimate reported a transaction over 7G$:

he Wall Street Journal reports that Bombardier Inc. has reached a preliminary deal to sell its train division to French rail giant Alstom SA for more than US$7 billion.

And we know that the pension liability for BT is less than 1 G$ according to Dibert
