Thinking out loudSo a few variables going on here, they are trying to increase cash flow so that's good, envelopes may be looked upon as a struggling industry for the obvious reasons however currently very much still necessary especially the specialty variety but also many small items being shipped by online vending require specialty envelopes that brings us to packaging which indeed is a growing industry, I cant help but think of TCL transcontinental, I bought TCL back in December last year at a struggling 13 bucks or so a share with a nice divi, my hope's were to add to my position when fins were released as I expected it to drop further and I would collect and wait for the full transition, the fins were released and the price went north unexpectedly but I liked the story and believed they would pull off a similar situation as we have here, TCL was a giant in the printing industry and they were/are transitioning into packaging, I ended up selling TCL for a tidy profit but they continue to appreciate in s.p. (I certainly should have held it, but hindsight has no place in the stockmarket) moral of the story TCL is a big well run company and typically buys up competitors and such regularly, I hate to use the term BUY OUT but I do believe if SXP is successful in their transition they are indeed a potential target for TCL. These 2 stories are very similar for those who want to do some DD. Thoughts welcome?? Cheers and gl
