I may be wrong but it seems to me that Invictus is in a better spot now than when they were at $0.115.

1. With the improved liquidity, their equity position doesn't change.
2. Because of the CCAA, everything is out in the open.
3. They were able to get rid of the CEO who obviously wasn't doing a good job.
4. Everything Invictus does now is under the watchful eye of a monitor.

I understand everyone freaking out however, with far less information, this stock was trading at twice what it is now.
