Its IronCAP X is a cybersecurity product for email/file encryption.

Probably a push to be able to dump shares

This price increase is probably just a push by someone to sell their shares. Remember that each time there is a financing, there's some sort of level the stock needs to hold for x number of days to trigger the right to sell. Does anyone have the time to dig that information up?
