Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:5 OR 10 FOR 1 !!!!no, they wanted to organize Bolivia session on March 4th with mining minister, NUAG, Pan American Silver and other Silver player from Bolivian market.
This session is canceled now.

Thus my conclusion is either PCY can't present anything ( drill results are very bad), or other attendies ( minister, mines, investors etc) don't trust Bolivia jurisdiction, or PCY hasn't a contact with the minister, or ... no money for this event.

Actually the todays down movement schows the investor's concerns very well.
