He was sick, he was not of sound mind,zero activity since the date he was informed he was dying.
that is called NEGLIGENCE!

He did NOT APPOINT A REPLACEMENT, before he died.WE had to transiton and wait half a year to change CEO Siva to Lousia. That is MAJOR proof nothing was taken care of.
OMG he never even appointed his wife as imminent acting CEO immediately after his death NO NO NO THAT did not happen. WE were neglected until they even executed that holy fuk shyte!!
