Most on this Board were mad at me for expressing my opinion and implied that  it was personnal..It seems that many  others (not on this board) had similar concerns ,(he market and the BOD),,,,,and  of course the rest is history......
Luc deserves to be treated fairly in his severance package but there should be no doubt that his replacement was  an urgent necessity.
The silver lining in the delay however is that Dawn was able to recruit Paul whom might not bhave been available 12=18 months ago
