Not quite true.
CPTAQ has already opened our file and has moved it to Analysis and CPTAQ is not an issue, its just another step in the permit process now we know that GSLR will not and can not submit another fraudulent letter. Refusal Letters are not our concern either, they neither affect the Project nor the lands we have interest to the West. The Rejection Letters were on properties we had already said we would not mine (Near the lake etc)
Court of Appeal is also of no concern. The appeal is whether the $96million suit was SLAPP. That suit was suspended when they launched the appeal. The lawsuit has been dropped as a result of the agreement signed between CCB and GSLR.
So, the result of the SLAPP challenge no longer poses any relevance.
So we have NO issues out standing and thats why its trying to get to 42c which is fair value
