AREA 51 press release notes.....

AREA 51 press release notes.....At the risk or repeating a lot of what I said in the other news release of this past week, this release once again continues to show the advancement of the Fenelon Gold System both near surface and at depths that demonstrate an eventual open pit scenario quite clearly.

  Long lower grade intersections near surface, (from this release) include:
-hole FA-094 with 70 meters of 1.17 g/t practically right at the surface (see figure 4);
-Hole FA-080 with 71 meters of 1.21 g/t at approx. 125 m depth (see figure 3) ;
-Hole FA-096 with 54 meters of 1.49 g/t at approx. 200 m depth (see figure 5);

And these holes are in addition to previous shallow holes of low grade in excess of 100 a 200 meters in length.   There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that this will be an open pit in the near future.  And in addition to these large swaths of low grade, there are many high grade intersections mixed in with these, both shallow and deeper in pretty much all zones.   Minable low grade close to surface with high grade marbling veins is one of Sprott’s favorite types of ozs, ie. Very cheap to mine and therefore much more profitable.

As Marz points out:

"The fact that many of these drill holes intersect multiple potentially mineable zones in Area 51 as well as the Tabasco/Cayenne shear system makes our drill program very efficient, allowing for low per-ounce discovery cost,"

These high grade veins that marble the near surface sections include :

-89 g/t over .85 m  & 44.15 g/t  in hole FA-19-085  (figure 2)
- 22.18 g/t over .66 m in hole FA-20-109  (figure 3)
- 6.29 g/t  over 8.95 m in hole FA-19-108  (figure 4)  - this one looks no more than 100 m deep
-  7.13 g/t over 5.00 m in hole FA-19-077   (figure 5)

-----and this same rich marbled pattern continues in the Main Gabbro/Cayanne zones with high grade shallow intersections that include :  9.74 g/t over 1.5 meters --- 10.9 g/t over .50 meters ---- ad 18.51 g/t over .52 meters , all of which are at or below 250 m depth  ( see figure 8) .

As Attila states :

"We are outlining a significant mineralized vein network in Area 51 in addition to our continuously expanding high-grade Tabasco/Cayenne shear system,"    and

"Many of the wide, low-grade intervals also include high-grade subintervals, which may be amenable to underground mining methods.”

So in previous press releases we have seen long very high grade intersections in lower tabasco, and this zone is continuing to extend deeper and deeper, so much so that it is going to be drilled to 1500 m (from PDAC conversations) and for me this is a very strong signal that we are dealing with potentially multi-Kilometres deep resource as many in the Abitibi are.

Additionally, we know that area 51 is riddled with drill hits, Visible Gold, high grade, and low grade from our many previous press releases, I mean, seriously, just LOOK at this !

https://www.wallbridgemining.com/i/maps/NR/20200304_PR2_Fig1_Planview-1.pdf

And now, with this press release we are seeing many more ozs that are both low grade and high grade very close to (or practically at) surface over a very wide and ever increasing (don’t forget about the 800 m step-out) area in the ever expanding Area 51.
In the above figure 1,  I count over 33 new hits of low and high grade t from just this one press release!

Now if this pattern continues on over the same area (length and width) out to the 800 m step out in Area 51, which I have EVERY expectation that it will, we are going to be looking not only at a MUCH LARGER Area 51, but an all but guaranteed very profitable open pit scenario, but also at a much higher $ value from those at surface and near surface ozs.   And that is not including what may still be discovered over the BAR border(s).

The future of this Gold System and Company is looking VERY bright indeed in my opinion, and I for one cannot wait to see 9,000 more meters of this story every single month!!   Not  too mention what the lower Tabasco is going to tell us at 1000 meters and 1500 meters.

Cheers all,

- Jefe de Oro
