RE:RE:Same Seller Back AgainProbably yes. So why no buyback? Could be because the quiet period ahead of the upcoming earnings call won't let them. That doesn't mean they couldn't reach out to the seller and make an arrangement ahead of then.

Not many times have I seen a company trade below it's cash value. AJX literally has enough cash in the bank to buy out its entire market cap and still have a cushion. The CAD/USD exchange rate is now 1.4 or therabout meaning they have close to C$30mm in cash on the balance sheet, though possibly they've burned through some of that (probably $3-5mm worth). Still at a market cap of C$15mm the company could take out a lot of shares and have plenty in the bank.
