RE:What cures all sicknessJust today I received an email by the biggest food store in the north of Italy (Esselunga...TX probably knows them). I was expecting to receive my food delivery order on tuesday Feb 24 (I placed the order this tuesday Feb 10. They say their logistic and delivery managment cannot fulfill all the deliveries so my delivery is postponed to a week later (so 21 days from the order).
My wife went to the store yesterday and took around 4 hours to come back. The big stores allow people to get in by groups of 15 while the small ones only one by one.
Prepare yourself guys. I am now in the middle of this lockdown since a week and it's a fk mess.

Everyone please make smart personal choices in the coming days and weeks. As Quinton has said to me more than once, "we are in this together". No wiser words were ever spoken.
Good luck to one and all.
We are prepared, and we care a lot.
With this virus rapidly spreading, we have been getting ready. We recognize that our city is resilient and caring, we will all get through this issue together like we always do, as a community.
Here is what we are doing:
Each staff member working over 20h/ week now has medical benefits.
We have 2 doctors available to staff and their families to consult on any concerns.
We have instituted timers and accelerated hand washing and cleaning schedules.
We are deploying a system of partial pay for anyone affected by the virus.
We have contingencies in place that will ramp up as the need arises.
We will be mitigating staff interaction with customers and cash.
We will be setting up a safe drop-off system where we will be able to donate food to at-risk families at door steps and designated locations while avoiding contact.
We have been working with healthcare professionals, doctors and logistics experts to ensure that everyone working at, and eating pizza from Eat Local Pizza is safe.
If you know a family with a food emergency, reach out.
I will personally be on-site every day ensuring every safety measure is followed until this issue has passed.
