Nobodyis talking about the deal not going thru. KL should be doing a serious deep dive on Mart and amount drilled and depth and money spent to prove up 1.3 billion of gold. Figuring out the chances of another 5 billion being proven up at low drilling cost.
I would be all for no money from KL or even shares and a high royalty on the property. A higher royalty on the proven 650,000 and lower on the millions of more ounces to come.
With a guarantee of of funds coming each year. I wouldnt do the royalty deal with WM as they have no mill. KL is mining low grade at Detour.
We can be sure DW did absolutely nothing when Ely picked his pocket and he got fleeced. If a major player called him with a better deal he would probably fall asleep on the phone.
After all he probably needs to rest for a couple months after this last ordeal he had to go thru with WM and their latest fleecing. If WM has the goods over next 6 weeks that is definately a great option and it gets us further away from the clown show. That is if there is a market in 6 weeks.
I hate like hell to let Grass go as that property cost us having 2 or 3 times the MRE on our gold.
