RE:It BeginsI would see the shutdown of miners as being especially good for the junior explorers because they are not loosing any money but the price of their ounces in the ground is going up and the supply of physical gold is diminishing; although the shutdown is temporary (15 days? but may be longer).
As for junior explorers operating in remote areas of Canada/US (like MMV) I'm not sure if it will have an impact, although some have stopped drilling because they are operating close to larger communities.
As for MMV, I don't think they want to release good results in a general market free fall, which is probably a good thing. We will likely need to wait for some sort of market stability in the mining/exploration space and not necessarily a fully recovery, for them to release their drilling results.
