RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Breakthrough status and IND applicationWould like to know more Laser - and doubtless there is more to be told - but it will all come down to the results at the end of the Trial.
Sadly that is further down the road now. Little weight is generally given to interim data but results at Trial end for the first 12 could be noteworthy and positive to an extent that this relatively small number may be regarded as a meaningful sample and thereby a surrogate for the Trial as a whole - we will see. Anyway we know that the first 12 will all be treated twice and if those second treatments are all made safely it must narrow the odds of IND approval. Yes a positive ann IMHO.
Been here 6 years and no cheerleader for anyone. It will take as long as it takes and it will take a while yet. With this interruption think now looking to next year. Full results for the first 12 in tandem with the ann of a Phase IB in a non-superficial and deadly cancer could have this being looked at very differently and if you`re sold on the science and you believe that it will shortly be fully proven up the sp is a joke.
