Think about it... $ZENA owes them about the same amount in product as their current market cap. $TLRY just raised around about the cash required to pay off all of $ZENA debts. $ZENA just fired way to many corporate people...

If I were Zenabis I want nothing to do with Tilray other then to sign another pre paid supply agreement with them before that 90m(or less) runs out

Pretty sure Zenabis began supplying Tilray in October. It was stated that the prepayment amount would be retired in 12months. We are now in March. Zena received 30m as a prepayment. Tilray is attempting to raise 90.4m at $4.76

Not to mention Tilray's Cheif Corp Dev Officer exercised his RSU's (30,024) that literally JUST vested (03/18/2020) and sold about half (16,072) at $2.47. They filled the form 4 at 9:30 on a Friday.
