What this means for our Aphria Patients

This means our Patient Care Support Center and our production facilities, which are located in Ontario, are considered an essential service and will continue its operations serving all of Canada during this unprecedented time. We have the appropriate measures in place to protect the safety and health of everyone involved.

What you can continue to expect from us 

• Our Patient Care team continues to remain open and operational to provide you with best in class care and service.
• Our hours remain the same and you continue to reach us by phone, email, and online chat
• All shipments will continue to be delivered by our shipment providers (Canada Post and FedEx). They have adjusted their services to minimize contact with package recipients. We recommend visiting their websites to understand these changes.
