RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:WHERE DO REITS GO FROM HERE?I dont think a $12 target price in 2 months is overly optimistic, in 2 years I'd hope to see over $20 I'm not sure on the dividend cut however I'd be more inclined to think not, this is just a victim of current conditions, it may float lower before recovering but this is a jewel of a reit imo. ....
