With an estimated capex of $140 million for the initial transition to underground mining, with $100 million of that probably raised through a P.P.  With a current market cap of $50 million, shareholders should expect to see 100-200% dilution?  The amount of dilution is all riding on the competency and honesty of management, I’d be concerned.

One day day GUY.T could turn into a compelling investment, but unfortunately, I don’t see that happening for a few years. 

Not to push another stock on this board, but take a look at GCM.T Gran Columbia, they’re trading at $250 million CAD market cap, with estimated free cash flow for 2020 coming in around $100-150 million USD.  Look for yourself.
