RE:RE:Did Some NGOs StartLol - these poor people - amazing how they have been taken advantage by people like you and others with interests in the project.  With virus shutting everything down - these people are really going to see very hard times again very very soon.  Under the BIT process - Armenia will pay and pay very dearly for not upholding the law...
