I invested in Guyana Goldfields about 5 or 6 years ago on the advice of a BMO broker. He said that BMO had done extensive research on the company and they recommended it their clients. At the time Guy was a trading at around $7 a share. It went straight down after my purchase of 1000 shares.
Today you have new VP Suresh Kalathil leaving after only 14 months on the job. Company is facing multiple lawsuits and looking for financing to continue operations with rumours flying there is not so much gold in them thar hills. Guyana also suspends underground development of Aurora mine and then annonces delays filing their annual disclosure documents to OSC.
This is a very risky proposition even at .32c
