RE:Dec 19 news release then next Dec 30 Material Change Report

If you are not an insider, you don't have to report your buying and selling. Both still own millions of shares in SONA, and as you point out, have spent the past 6 years getting it to this point. They aren't about to ditch until SONA has reached it's full potential. SONA isn't even close to that point yet.
