It's obviously a survivor , could be taken out by a competitor the current price is very cheap(would have to be with the involvement of Qc govt - because they won't let the corpoate office leave )! They have a solid network and are active in 3 different market , I belive Qc will not let the company go and will invest (CDPQ- IQ or partners CRCD or FTQ-CSN fonds d'actions) so it's here to stay !!
