We haven't even touched this and don't believe we will

until a promising and attractive US MSO or CPG company becomes available.

An LOI would do for now until cannabis is legalized Federally in the US.
I give it a 12-18 months tops now and it will be legal in the USA.

With all of the SAFE banking act rumours flying around we could see some fireworks in the next 3 months...And I'm not referring to the 4th of July either!

I know that Irwin is on the prowl for assets in the US of A and abroad so time will tell.
