RE:Directors Performance V Compensationyou spelled predicament wrong, just saying

There seemed to be a three pronged approach to Aurora's org. growth: a) acquisition; b) investment & c)infrastructure. Based on the BS (goodwill/liabilities), its reasonable to conclude that the shareholders/founders of Cannimed, MedReleaf, Whistler, AgroPro, ICC et al are doubled over in hysteria as they hit the sell button when their share restrictions were lifted. Can you imagine how much money they made?
Referencing the 'Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders' for 2019 located on SEDAR, 'Directors Compensation' (pg 48)...
"Our director compensation program shares similar objectives with our executive compensation program:to attract and retain qualified directors and to align the interests of directors and shareholders".
For further reference, here is the compensation table for the previous years BOD ommitting the Chair: (all together another discussion?)
Any announcements thus far with respect to the restructuring/compensation and internal cuts? Not! How have this rogues gallery of clowns performed and even more important, how they might consider foregoing their compensation until (if) Aurora emerges whole? (Don't be surprised to see resignations as time passes as they run for the hills.)
The shareholders have taken it up the butt, Aurora using its stock as currency, gambling to no end that the industry would continue to grow unimpeded. What was wrong with infrastructure, developing grow centers and creating brands cautiously, globally, opposed to buying everything in sight AND building capacity at the same time?
Its unfathomable to think what shareholders have lost. Its unfathomable to think that governments may have to bail out Aurora because of this failed strategy. The evidence is the Balance Sheet.
Do shareholders have rights?. All the rhetoric in the world won't create change, its action that counts. ACB's upcoming AGM should be interesting. Bets are that management/Board will be patting themselves on the back for hitting restructuring targets. Pretty easy to lay people off and cut expenses. How did Aurora get to where it is and how did the Board of Directors act in the shareholders best interest?
Thats the question shareholders should pose, as the garbage dumpsters wait outside of the AGM venue to usher the current board roster to whatever they will do.
