RE:RE:RE:PDYPY ( Flutter on the US stock exchange)In addition to what OZ wrote, here is an important article on the difference between a Premium and Regular listing on the FTSE. Note that Flutter has applied to be included in the Premium category which helps reduce cost of capital and increase governance, both very good attributes of the company shares we are about to receive.
